Are your team members background-checked?
Yes. Every team member completes a comprehensive background check before working in a client's home.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. Honey & Ivory is a licensed, bonded and insured company. Certificates are available on request.
Will I have the same team each time?
We keep our owner-led team small, up to eight people, so you see familiar faces. Everyone works from your written checklist, so your preferences carry over from visit to visit.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring professional supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use your products, or prefer eco-friendly, pet-safe or fragrance-free options, just note it on the form.
What's included in a standard clean?
Kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, beds and trash throughout the home. Inside the oven and fridge, interior windows, baseboards, laundry and lanai sweeps can be added. Your exact list is agreed in writing before your first clean.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Call or text as early as you can and we'll find a new time. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is set out in your service agreement before any work begins.
